Dried pita bread with egg and vegetables - عيش سن بالبيض و الخضروات


Ingredients:

Half a small dried pita bread

Thin slice of pastrami (optional)

Slices of tomatoes and / or green pepper and two olives

A spoon of Mozzarella cheese

Pinch of thyme or basil

Directions:

Put a pastrami slice at the bottom of bread

Break an egg over it

Put vegetables as desired

Add a tablespoon of cheese

Sprinkle herbs

Put the bread in a hot oven or air fryer for five minutes, until the egg is completely done

Enjoy!!
