Grilled vegetable dish
A tasty and easy-to-prepare alternative to sauteed vegetables.

preparation:


Cut zucchini or eggplant into thin slices, cut red, green or yellow pepper and onions broad wings, you can add any kind of vegetables as desired.


Put a small spoon of olive oil in a grill or a pan over medium heat. Grill vegetables on both sides and season with salt and pepper.

Dry thyme or any spices can be added as desired.
