Ingredients and Preparation

  • 1 cup of fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or blackberries)
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Lollipop sticks
  • Lollipop molds

This recipe yields around 8-10 lollipops, depending on the size. Each lollipop contains approximately 50-60 calories, making them a low-calorie treat.



  1. In a blender or food processor, blend the fresh berries until smooth.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the honey, water, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Heat the mixture over medium heat until the honey has dissolved, stirring frequently.
  3. Add the berry puree to the honey mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Place the lollipop molds onto a baking sheet and pour the mixture into each mold. Insert the lollipop sticks into each mold.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and allow the lollipops to set for at least 2 hours or until completely firm.
  6. Once the lollipops have set, remove them from the molds and enjoy!


The preparation time for this recipe is around 15-20 minutes. However, you will need to allow at least 2 hours for the lollipops to set before they are ready to be enjoyed.
