Healthy lentils soup - شوربة العدس بطريقة صحية


Lentils soup in a healthy way
(The ingredients are enough for 6 cups, serving unit is 1 cup)


Ingredients:
2 cups of yellow lentils
1 medium onion, cut into 4 parts
1 medium tomato, cut into 4 parts (optional)
3 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon chili (optional)
5 cups of water
Method:
- Wash the lentils well, drain and put in a pot, add water and put on the fire to boil and remove any impurities on the surface.
- Add the onions, garlic, tomatoes and spices and leave it on the fire to simmer for about 25 minutes.
-Turn off the heat and let it cool a little, then beat with a hand blinder or mixer and serve.
