Orange Mekdar

Orange is a Weight-loss fruit, for seven reasons:

One medium orange fruit (about 130g) gives:
1 - 114g water (like half a cup of water)
2- 62 calories (low calories for most diets)
3 - 12g of sugars (sas much as 2 teaspoons of sugar)
4 - 3g fiber (good for a feeling of satiety and regulating the movement of the digestive system)
5- A very good source of potassium (about 240 mg)
6- Excellent source of vitamin C (about 70 mg)
7- Acceptable amount of vitamin A (approximately 14 micrograms)

Note: This does not mean eating unlimited amounts of oranges, but it does mean that it is a very good alternative to snacks and dinner, with a maximum of 3 fruits per day.
