Our children are returning back to school, this year our concern is to protect them from Corona virus. Nutrition consultants of MEKDAR offer you some advice to increase our children's immunity through proper nutrition.

Make sure your child eats all the nutrients daily, and this comes with eating:

enlightened A salad plate with 5 colors (tomatoes - cucumbers - carrots - colored pepper - onions - lettuce - watercress - parsley ...).

enlightened Two to three fruits a day, especially guava, orange, strawberries and watermelon, because of their high content of vitamin C and antioxidants.

enlightenedTwo cups of whole milk daily or substitute one cup of milk with one cup of yogurt or two small boxes of yogurt, also one cup of milk equals 30 grams of yellow cheese.

enlightened Two hard-boiled or fried eggs daily.

 enlightenedEat fish twice a week, fish is rich in omega-3 and minerals.

enlightenedIt is preferable to eat a handful of nuts whenever possible for their high content of omega 3, vitamin E and minerals.

enlightened It is preferable to use 3 or 4 tablespoons of olive oil daily.

enlightened Drink a cup of chamomile or anise star with the addition of 2 teaspoons of honey instead of sugar daily.
